Nicola, 50, from Peniel, Carmarthenshire, died when her black KTM motorcycle collided with a black Volkswagen car. She was on her way to meet friends when the collision occurred around 10:30 am.
Nicola’s family expressed their grief in a heartfelt statement, remembering her for her adventurous spirit and kindness. “Nicola was a person who had a zest for life through everything she did, from walking with her dogs or with friends to riding bicycles and motorcycles,” they shared. “As an NHS worker throughout most of her career, she also embodied public service.”
