Jared Rosser, a familiar face for the men of Gwent, took to Instagram to ask the public to report any sightings of his vehicle, which carries the registration OY69 ORS. A Gwent Police spokesperson said officers are eager to speak with a man and woman who were in the store at the time and might hold crucial information.
