A Welsh rugby star is seeking help after his car was stolen from a supermarket car park in south Wales. Dragons player Jared Rosser, 27, discovered his blacked-out Range Rover missing after his car keys were taken while he shopped at Aldi in Cwmbran around midday on April 22. Gwent Police confirmed the theft through store CCTV and are now appealing for information, hoping to identify two individuals who may assist with their inquiries.
Jared Rosser, a familiar face for the men of Gwent, took to Instagram to ask the public to report any sightings of his vehicle, which carries the registration OY69 ORS. A Gwent Police spokesperson said officers are eager to speak with a man and woman who were in the store at the time and might hold crucial information. The police urged anyone who recognizes these individuals or has details about the stolen car to get in touch via their website, phone, or social media, referencing log number 2500126039.
Rosser recently renewed his contract with the Dragons after a strong season, a move he shared with pride. “I’m really happy to have signed again with Dragons,” he said, expressing his affection for the club. “It’s a place that I love turning up to every day. Being here for so long already, it’s a place I’ve made some of my closest friends and working with my brother is a privilege. I’m excited to finish the season strong and take some momentum into a big season next year.”
