Authorities are urgently seeking assistance to find Spencer Wilcox, a 52-year-old man who has been reported missing. He was last seen on Wednesday, April 23, at 12:50 pm along Dros-Y-Morfa in Rumney, Cardiff.

South Wales Police have issued a detailed description in hopes that anyone with information about his location will come forward to aid in the ongoing search.

Spencer is approximately five foot six inches tall and was last seen wearing a black NICCE hooded top, blue jeans, white Nike trainers, and a puffer-style gilet.

He was also carrying a black rucksack at the time. South Wales Police have encouraged anyone who may have seen him or has relevant information to contact them, quoting occurrence number 2500127977.

The police remind the public that a missing person is defined as someone whose whereabouts cannot be confirmed and will remain classified as missing until located and their wellbeing is verified.

They emphasize that often the individual themselves may not consider they are missing, but until they are found safe, they remain a missing person.

The force kindly requests that the public refrain from conducting independent searches, as official efforts are coordinated by trained professionals using a methodical, intelligence-led approach to ensure effective and safe operations.
