In a heartwarming celebration of new life, Gwent has welcomed three adorable babies into the world recently. Each of these little ones has already begun to bring joy and love to their families. Every week, our New Arrivals page shines a spotlight on these new additions, and this week is no exception.

First up is Elsie-Grace Wren Roderick, who made her grand entrance on May 8, 2024, at home in Treowen. Weighing a healthy 7 pounds, Elsie-Grace is the newest member of the Roderick family, which includes her proud parents, Rachael and Rhys, as well as her four siblings: Aria-Rose, five, Eirwen, four, Aneira, two, and Osian, one. Rachael expressed her excitement, stating, “We are overjoyed to welcome Elsie-Grace into our family. She has already brought so much happiness into our lives.”

Next is Aubrey Marie Dennis, born on September 10, 2024, at the Grange University Hospital near Cwmbran. Aubrey arrived weighing 7 pounds 8 ounces and shares a special birthday with her mother, Jody. Jody and her partner, Craig Dennis, are thrilled with their new addition, which also means a new sibling for Amaia, four, and Henley, 22 months. Jody shared, “Having Aubrey born on my birthday makes this moment even more special. Our family feels complete with her here.”

Lastly, we have Otto James Holloway, who joined the world on October 15, 2024, also at the Grange University Hospital. Weighing 8 pounds 1 ounce, Otto is the beloved son of Aynslie and Dmitri Holloway from Cwmbran. Otto’s older sibling, Reya, who is nine years old, is excited to take on her new role as a big sister. Dmitri shared his joy, saying, “We are so excited to have Otto join our family. Reya can’t wait to show him all the love and adventures we have together.”

As these families embark on the beautiful journey of parenthood, we extend a heartfelt congratulations to the Rodericks, Dennises, and Holloways. Every week, we encourage families to share their own news with us.
